Calm, direct message
The opening headline and short intro say what the clinic does and how to begin, in plain language.
Safe Terminations runs two practices in Akasia, Pretoria. We built a website for a sensitive healthcare service: calm, clear and discreet, with a simple booking route that starts on WhatsApp.

People looking for this service are often anxious and want clear, respectful information fast. The website had to explain services, locations and next steps without confusion or pressure.
The clinic also needed to serve patients from several surrounding areas and make the booking process transparent, including that no appointment is confirmed until the clinic replies.
Each feature answers a question a visitor has when they arrive.
The opening headline and short intro say what the clinic does and how to begin, in plain language.
A short form collects practice, date and time and prepares a WhatsApp message to the clinic.
The page explains how booking works step by step, so patients know what to expect.
Each of the two practices has its own page with address, hours and directions.
Surrounding communities are listed and linked to the relevant practice.
Answers cover bookings, changes, costs and what not to send over WhatsApp, with a linked privacy policy.
The visual style is soft and uncluttered, with plenty of white space and short, steady copy. There are no pushy banners or sales language.
Privacy is built into the design: consent is requested on the booking form, and the FAQ advises patients not to share sensitive documents in a first message.
The clinic now has a website that makes its services, locations and booking steps clear, and gives patients a low-pressure way to get in touch.
Dedicated practice pages and a clear area list also give it strong local relevance for the northern Pretoria communities it serves.
